Following the consultation, we prepare a Design Proposal outlining the scope of design services.

Design Phase

We gather the technical information required to design the project.

This step ensures the design is grounded in the realities of the site.

We develop an initial design direction for the property.

This phase may include:

• Conceptual site plan

• Program layout (patios, gardens, circulation, outdoor living)

• Precedent imagery or sketches

The goal is to establish the overall vision and spatial organization of the landscape.

The concept is refined into a more detailed and coordinated design.

This phase typically includes:

• Scaled landscape plans

• Hardscape layouts

• Preliminary construction budgeting

Client feedback is incorporated to ensure the design aligns with both vision and investment level.

Detailed drawings and specifications are prepared for construction.

Documents may include:

These drawings guide the build process and allow accurate pricing.

Once design is finalized, we prepare the construction proposal.

This includes:

• Detailed scope of work

• Construction schedule

• Payment schedule

At this stage clients formally authorize the construction phase.

Before work begins we coordinate logistics and materials.

• Material procurement

• Subcontractor coordination

• Site preparation

• Permits (if required)

Our team and trusted craftspeople bring the design to life.

At completion we walk the property together to review the finished landscape.
